In Person Group Classes
1 hour training at our locations. The class is a group class with an individual objective, where our app will recommend the 4 blocks that you will do during the day, according to your needs.
Multi location passes
By purchasing a RED BIGG membership, you can access any venue in your country.

We have our own app so you can train wherever and whenever you want, with or without equipment.
Outdoor training
